Julian Rudd-Jones is Managing Director of Kajima Partnerships and Director of Kajima Properties, the two principal UK operating businesses of Kajima Corporation.  Julian started his property career in 1980 in the Far East with Jardine Matheson and then Honkong Land.  He returned to the UK in 1987 and has been active since then in London and across Europe in office, logistics and most recently student accommodation development and investment.  He is particularly interested in the role property development can play in urban regeneration.  He has a wide ranging skill set acquired over 40 years in the business including in particular planning & design, development & asset management, and project finance & financial modelling.
